About the Owner

Hello! I'm Kirik O'Neill, and I'm deeply passionate about empowering individuals through emergency medical education. With six years as an EMT, I've gained invaluable field experience, but it was in teaching new EMTs that I truly discovered my calling. The overwhelmingly positive feedback I received, highlighting my ability to explain complex topics clearly and adapt to individual learning styles, ignited my desire to teach even more.

My teaching philosophy is simple: everyone can understand and gain confidence in life-saving knowledge when it's tailored to their unique needs. As an EMS Evaluator and a CPR Instructor/Instructor Trainer, I'm dedicated to sharing my skills with the same patience, kindness, and genuine passion I'd expect for my own family. This commitment to effective education began even before my EMT career, during nearly a decade at Costco where, as a supervisor, I consistently prioritized safety education.

Now, in my role as a Leader in EMS, I actively seek out leadership opportunities that allow me to identify and address training weaknesses, enabling me to elevate my team's skills to new heights.
