Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy - G4 CPR, LLC

This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for training services provided by G4 CPR, LLC.

  • Cancellations:

    • Customers may cancel their registration by providing written notice to G4 CPR, LLC at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.

    • Cancellations made within the specified timeframe will be eligible for a full refund, less an administrative fee of $10 per registration. This fee covers processing costs.

    • Cancellations received after the specified timeframe but at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class start time may be eligible for a partial refund of 75% of the original class fee, less the administrative fee mentioned above.

    • Cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled class start time, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Rescheduling:

    • Customers may request to reschedule their class by providing written notice to G4 CPR, LLC at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.

    • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be for a class scheduled within 45 days of the original class date.

    • A rescheduling fee of $10 per registration may apply.

    • Only Two rescheduling requests will be accommodated per original registration. Subsequent rescheduling requests will be treated as a cancellation and may be subject to the cancellation policy.

    • Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled class start time may not be accommodated.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation approval.

    • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment whenever possible.

  • Late Arrival: Students arriving more than ten (10) minutes late to the scheduled class start time may be denied entry to the class. In such cases, no refund or rescheduling will be offered.

On site group classes-

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least two (2) weeks (fourteen [14] days) prior to the scheduled date of service.

  • Any cancellation made within fourteen (14) days of the date of service will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or an equivalent charge of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00).

  • Rescheduling a class within fourteen (14) days of the original date of service will be attempted; however, the new class date must be within thirty (30) days of the original date of service.

  • If rescheduling within this thirty (30) day period is not possible, or if the class is rescheduled again to a date outside of thirty (30) days from the original date of service, it will be considered a cancellation, and the two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) cancellation fee will apply. G4 CPR, LLC reserves the right to waive or enforce these fees at the sole discretion of management.

  • G4 CPR, LLC Cancellation: G4 CPR, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or facility issues. In the event of cancellation by G4 CPR, LLC, registered students will be offered the option of a full refund or enrollment in a comparable future class without any additional fees.

By registering for a G4 CPR, LLC training course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy.
