This HSI Adult First Aid course is designed for individuals who are not healthcare providers or professional rescuers but desire or are occupationally required to be trained and certified in first aid. The course has been approved by the HSI Medical Advisory Board and reviewed by the HSI Advisory Council. It reflects the latest resuscitation science and treatment recommendations from the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR) and conforms with the 2020 American Heart Association (AHA) Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC.
Course highlights include scenario videos, full-color digital and printed materials, and clear, concise content. Upon completion, participants receive a 2-year certification. The class is approximately 2-3 hours long.

Using a Tourniquet (Improvised and Commercial)
